The Contractor Will Ensure That The Delivered Vehicle Will Be Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025. 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Services Accompanying The Delivery Of The Car, Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 2 To This Swz, Because The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In The Manner Specified In These Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 5. The Contractor Must Provide A Warranty For The Delivered Vehicle Of At Least 12 Months. Attention! The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Extending The Quality Guarantee Period For The Offered Subject Of The Contract, As Part Of An Additional, Non-Price Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers. 6.
