1. The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Hotel And Catering Services For Participants Of The 21St International Winter Emergency Medical Championships. The Order Covers The Provision Of Hotel, Catering And Conference Services In The Bielsko County Or The City Of Bielsko-Biała For The Organization Of The 21St International Winter Emergency Medical Championships By The Bielsko Emergency Medical Service On January 12-14, 2027 For Competitors, Organizers And Guests Of The Championships.2.The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Accommodation And Meals In A Hotel, Min. 4 Stars In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy And Labor On Hotel Facilities And Other Facilities In Which Hotel Services Are Provided Of August 19, 2004 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 2166) In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz For Competitors, Organizers And Guests Of The Championships. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Comprehensive Hotel And Catering Service Of The Subject Of The Contract Be Provided In The Bielsko Poviat Or The City Of Bielsko-Biała. 4. Access To The Hotel Where Hotel And Catering Services Will Be Provided Will Be Via An Asphalt Road. There Will Be Free Parking Spaces In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Hotel For Participants, Organizers And Guests. 5. The Ordering Party Expects A Maximum Number Of Overnight Stays Related To Participation In The Championship Of 200 People On Each Day. 6. The Contractor Must Have At Least 70 Single Rooms, 50 Double Rooms And 10 Triple Rooms. 7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
