This Is Currently Often Spread Across Different Platforms (Such As Network Drives, Sharepoint, Etc.), Which Complicates Management, Accessibility And Reuse. Moreover, This Content Is Not Used Exclusively For Communication And Publication Purposes, But Is Also Part Of Internal Operations And File Creation. There Is Currently A Lack Of A Uniform And Structural Approach To Managing Images, Including Monitoring Use And Retention Periods. As A Result, Content Often Remains Available For A Long Time Without Clear Monitoring Of Relevance Or Use.
