The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 In The Scope Of: 1. Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated On Residential Properties Located In The Goleszów Commune; 2. Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated In Summer Houses And Recreational And Recreation Properties Located In The Goleszów Commune; 3. Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste Point (Pszok) Run By The Ordering Party; 4. Liquidation Of Illegal Landfills; 5. Providing Appropriate Containers For The Duration Of The Clean Up The World Ecological Campaigns Organized By The Ordering Party And Collecting Waste From The Places Where These Actions Are Carried Out. The Ordering Party Informs That The Estimated Minimum Amount Of Waste To Be Collected And Managed During The Implementation Of This Order Is 5,000 Mg. The Ordering Party Has The Option To Exercise The Right Of Option, Extending The Scope Of The Order To The Maximum Value, I.E. 7,000 Mg Of Collected And Managed Waste Covered By The Order. The Use Of An Increase In The Order Will Depend On Current Needs And Is A Right Of The Ordering Party, Which It May, But Does Not Have To, Use.
