Miscellaneous Furniture And Equipment - Delivery Of Equipment For The Building Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Widawa, Task Titled: Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Building Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Widawa In The Design And Build System As Part Of The Project Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Widawa - Part Ii Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Equipment Listed In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, With The Proviso That The List Of Equipment Included In This Order, Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz, Applies. The Delivery Contractor Selected By The Ordering Party Will Be Obliged, At Its Own Expense, To Clean Up The Area Where The Delivery Will Be Carried Out And, At Its Own Expense, To Repair Damage To The Equipment And Building (Including Restoring The Property To Its Previous Condition) Resulting From Any Damage. All Electronic Devices Covered By This Order Should Be Turned On And Their Operation Checked. The Contractor Is Obliged To Train The Person Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Use Of Electronic Devices In A Way That Enables Their Safe And Effective Operation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain Written Confirmation Of The Training Completed. The Ordering Party Will Require A Detailed Valuation Of The Individual Delivery Items Listed In Annex 1A To The Swz Before Signing The Contract For The Execution Of The Order. If Ambiguities Or Discrepancies Are Found Between The Tender Documents, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Necessary Detailed Explanations In This Respect Or Issue The Necessary Instructions To The Contractor, And In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Swz And The Act Or Ffu - The Provisions Of The Act And Swz, Respectively, Shall Prevail. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Complete The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Do Not Include: - Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; - An Ict Product Whose Type Was Specified In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision. Failure To Meet The Above Requirement Results In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Fup In The Scope Of Equipment Covered By Annex No. 1A To The Swz, While Maintaining A High Quality Standard.
