The Purpose Of The Concession Is To Entrust An Operator With The Operation Of The Public Ropax Ship Transport Service (Freight And Passengers) Between Dieppe And Newhaven. The Basic Offer That The Delegate Must Present Will Include A Minimum Of 1690 Crossings, Or 845 Round Trips Per Year Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract.
