The Subject Of The Order Is A Banking Service Consisting In Granting A Long-Term Loan To The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Following Conditions: 1) Long-Term Loan Up To The Amount Of Pln 45,000,000.00 (In Words: Forty-Five Million Zlotys 00/100). 2) Purpose Of Lending - To Cover The Planned Budget Deficit For 2026 And To Repay Previously Incurred Liabilities Arising From The Issue Of Securities And Taken Out Loans. 3) Loan Period Until December 31, 2040. 4) The Loan Will Be Disbursed In Tranches Within A Maximum Of 3 Business Days From The Date Of Submission Of The Application Electronically Or In Writing By The Ordering Party, Depending On Payment Needs. The Ordering Party May Submit The Last Application For Disbursing A Loan Tranche No Later Than 3 Business Days Before The End Of The Budget Year, I.E.
