The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Collection And Management Of Waste With The Following Codes: 1) 20 01 32 (Medicines Other Than Those Listed In 20 01 31*), 2) 20 01 21* (Fluorescent Lamps And Other Waste Containing Mercury), 3) Ex 20 01 99 (Waste Not Qualifying As Medical Waste Generated In Households As A Result Of Taking Medicinal Products In The Form Of Injection And Monitoring The Level Of Substances In The Blood, In Particular Needles And Syringes), In A Way That Ensures The Transfer Of Responsibility For Waste Management To The Next Waste Holder. 2. The Ordering Party Has No Influence On The Stream Of Accepted Waste Due To The Very High Variability Of This Stream, Therefore The Order Was Divided Into The Basic Scope (Guaranteed) And The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option In Whole Or In Part, At One Time Or In Several Parts. An Option Is Envisaged To Increase The Amount Of Waste With Codes 20 01 32 And 20 01 21* Intended For Collection And Management. 3. The Basic Order Covers The Collection And Management Of Waste With Codes 20 01 32, 20 01 21* And Ex 20 01 99 In A Total Amount Of 31 Mg, Including: 1) Waste With Code 20 01 32 - In An Amount Of 25 Mg, 2) Waste With Code 20 01 21* - In An Amount Of 5 Mg, 2) Waste With Code Ex 20 01 99 – In The Amount Of 1 Mg. 4. The Order Covered By The Option Covers The Collection And Management Of Waste With Codes 20 01 32 And 20 01 21* In A Total Amount Of Up To 20 Mg, Including: 3) Waste With Code 20 01 32 - In An Amount Of 15 Mg, 4) Waste With Code 20 01 21* - In An Amount Of 5 Mg. 5. Taking The Above Into Account, The Total Amount Of Waste To Be Collected And Managed Under The Order Is Up To 51 Mg, Including 31 Mg Under The Basic Order And Up To 20 Mg Under The Option. 6. Waste Collected From The Ordering Party Will Be Transferred To The Entity That Has The Decision Specified In Art. 27 Section 2 Point 1 Or 2 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste, Indicated By The Contractor Before Signing The Contract. 7. The Contractor Will Collect The Above-Mentioned Waste From The Ordering Party From The Installation: Municipal Waste Disposal Plant, Ul. P. Poleskiego 3, 10-410 Olsztyn. 8. Due To The Subject Matter, The Order Must Be Completed, In Particular In Accordance With The Following. Regulations: 1) Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste; 2) Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law; 3) Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities; And Other Laws And Regulations Applicable To The Subject Of The Order. 9. Due To The Fact That The Ordering Party Has No Influence And Is Not Responsible For The Amounts Of Waste Sent To Its Installations And Their Quality, They Are Not Guaranteed By The Ordering Party. 10. For Settlements Between The Parties, The Amount Of Waste Collected Will Be Determined According To The Measurement On The Ordering Partys Electronic Vehicle Scale. 11. The Transfer Of Waste Will Be Confirmed By A Waste Transfer Card - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations
