The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Delivery Of A Solution, The Purpose Of Which Is To Improve The Way Medical Documentation Is Managed, Enabling Its Interoperable Exchange, Sharing, Safe Storage And Interpretation, Through The Modernization Of The Information Systems Of The Havlíčkův Brod Psychiatric Hospital. To The Maximum Extent Possible, Medical Documentation Will Be Kept And Transmitted In Electronic Form So That Patients And Authorized Persons Can Have Online Access To This Medical Documentation, Which Will Correspond To The Standards Of Interoperability According To The Mz/Ncez Specification And Also To The Standards According To The Myhealth@Eu Specification (For Cross-Border Communication - Eu). The Delivery Also Includes The Fulfillment Of Obligations In Terms Of The Use Of The Newly Introduced Central Systems Of Electronic Healthcare And New Obligations Resulting From Eu Legislation (Ehds Regulation).
