The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Collection And Management Of Waste Code 16 01 03 (Used Tires) In A Way That Ensures The Transfer Of Responsibility For Waste Management To The Next Waste Holder. 2. The Collected Waste Will Be Completely Subjected To The R3 Process. 3. The Amount Of Waste Covered By The Order Is Up To 1,250 Mg, Including 600 Mg As Part Of The Basic Order - Car And Truck Tires And As An Option, Up To 600 Mg - Car And Truck Tires And Up To 50 Mg - Agricultural Tires And Other Diagonal Tires. The Option Right Is Defined In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option In Whole Or In Part, At One Time Or In Several Parts. An Option Is Envisaged To Increase The Amount Of Waste To Be Collected And Processed. 4. The Contractor Will Collect The Above-Mentioned Waste From The Ordering Party Including: Installation: 1) Municipal Waste Disposal Plant In Olsztyn (Ul. Piotra Poleskiego 3, 10-410 Olsztyn) - Approx. 62% Of The Volume Covered By The Order, 2) Polska Wieś Transfer Station (Polska Wieś 24, 11-700 Mrągowo) - Approx. 10% Of The Volume Covered By The Order, 3) Station Medyny Transfer Station (Medyny 51, 11-100 Lidzbark Warmiński) - Approx. 12% Of The Volume Covered By The Order, 4) Trelkowo Transfer Station (Trelkowo 80, 12-100 Szczytno) - Approx. 14% Of The Volume Covered By The Order. 5) Transfer Station In Pisz (Ul. Olsztyńska 3, 12-200 Pisz) - Approx. 2% Of The Volume Covered By The Order (Based On The Agreement, The Transfer Station Mpd 0002/000148977 For Zgok In Olsztyn Is Operated By Pwik Pisz) The Estimated Volumes Were Determined On The Basis Of Historical Data, The Percentage Share Of Tires In Individual Installations May Change. 5. Due To The Subject Matter, The Order Must Be Implemented In Particular In Accordance With The Following. Regulations: 1) Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste; 2) Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law; 3) Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And Other Acts And Regulations Applicable To The Subject Of The Contract. 6. Waste Collected From The Ordering Party Will Be Transferred To The Entity That Has The Decision Specified In Art. 27 Section 2 Point 1 Or 2 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste, Indicated By The Contractor Before Signing The Contract. 7. For Settlements Between The Parties, The Amount Of Waste Collected Will Be Determined According To The Measurement On The Ordering Partys Electronic Vehicle Scale. 8. The Transfer Of Waste Will Be Confirmed By A Waste Transfer Card - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 9. Pursuant To Art. 5K Of Council Regulation (Eu) No. 833/2014 Of 31 July 2014 Concerning Restrictive Measures In Connection With Russias Actions Destabilizing The Situation In Ukraine, It Is Prohibited To Perform A Public Contract With The Participation Of Subcontractors, Suppliers Or Entities Whose Capabilities Are Relied Upon Within The Meaning Of Directive 2014/24/Eu, If They Account For More Than 10% Of The Value Of The Contract. 10.
