Calibration Services - Selection Of A Contractor For The Calibration Of Existing Scales (Weigh Sensors In Motion). The Subject Of The Public Procurement Covers The Implementation Of The Following Activities, But Is Not Limited To: A) Calibration Of Existing Scales (Sensors For Weighing In Motion - Wim), Subject Of The Public Procurement, According To The Requirements Of The Terms Of Reference (Appendix A). The Estimated Quantity To Be Calibrated Is 36 (Thirty-Six) Existing Scales (Sensors For Weighing In Motion - Wim) Installed In 18 (Eighteen) Scts Located Within The Range Of Rpm. The Specific Quantities Will Be Determined By The Contracting Authority Through A Request/S, According To Its Needs, Every 6 (Six) Months, During The Contract Execution Period Or Until The Financial Resource Is Exhausted, Depending On Which Of The Two Events Occurs First. B) Issuance Of A Certificate And/Or Certificate For Each Performed Calibration For The Relevant Sct. C) All Other Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement. *Important! The Indicated Volume Is Approximate. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Assign Its Execution In Full. Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority, The Number Of Existing Scales (Sensors For Weighing In Motion - Wim), Subject To Calibration, May Be Smaller Or Larger Than The Indicated Estimated Volume, In The Contract Execution Period. The Employer Will Pay Only The Actually Requested, Calibratable Quantity, Performed Without Any Comments By The Contractor, According To The Requirements Of The Terms Of Reference (Appendix A) To The Documentation.
