This Acquisition Is Part Of The Material Acquisition Of The Finelib Consortium. Subscriber Units Are Public Libraries That Are Members Of The Consortium. All Subscriber Units Are Listed In Appendix 7. Based On The Competition, One (1) Service Provider Will Be Selected, Who Will Be Responsible For The Digital Service Of Local Newspapers As A Whole. Contract Period The Contract Period Is Two (2) Years.
