The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity For The Institute Of Cultivation, Fertilization And Soil Science, National Research Institute For The Years 2027-2028. 2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 3. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) The Order Concerns The Supply Of Electricity To The Facilities Listed In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order) And Covers The Demand For Electricity In The Amount Of 4090710 Kwh (Basic Order) Or 5317923 Kwh (With The Option Right Of 30%). 2) The Estimated Demand For Electricity For Individual Consumption Points During The Order Execution Period Is Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3) The Indicated Amounts Of Energy Are The Projected Demand Of The Ordering Party During The Contract Implementation Period. 4) The Total Estimated Demand For Electricity Was Determined On The Basis Of Current Electricity Consumption And Is Only Indicative And Is Intended To Compare Contractors Offers. In No Case Does It Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Energy In The Specified Quantity. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party For Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Energy. The Ordering Party Will Pay For The Amounts Of Energy Actually Consumed. 5) Electricity Will Be Supplied Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43) And In Accordance With The Implementing Regulations Issued To This Act, In Particular The Customer Service Quality Standards Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment On The Method Of Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And The Method Of Settlement In Electricity Trade (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 904). 6) Electricity Should Meet Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law And The Implementing Regulations To This Act. 7) Distribution Services Will Be Provided On The Basis Of A Separate Agreement Concluded By The Ordering Party With The Relevant Distribution System Operator. 8) Invoicing For The Supplied Electricity Will Be Based On The Readings Of Measurement And Billing Systems. The Settlement Periods Are The Same As The Dso Settlement Periods. 9) Sales Will Be Settled Based On Actual Electricity Consumption At Fixed Prices Per 1Kwh. 10) Settlements For The Supply Of Active Electricity Will Be Made According To: Rules, Prices And Fee Rates Included In The Contractors Offer.
