The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Accepting And Keeping Homeless Animals From The Area Of The City Of Rybnik In A Shelter Equipped With Running Water, Sewage, Heating, Electricity And Ventilation, 2) Providing Care For Homeless Animals From The City Of Rybnik Staying In The Shelter, 3) Ensuring 24-Hour Care And Supervision Of The Animals, 4) Providing Volunteering At The Shelter In The Form Of Cooperation With People Or Groups Of People Willing To Take Animals For Walks And Photograph Animals And Describing Them In Order To Post Them On The Shelters Website And Those Willing To Participate In Campaigns Promoting Adoption And Collecting Donations In Kind, 5) Developing The Shelters Regulations And Placing Them On Its Website, 7) Catching Homeless Animals In The City Of Rybnik On A Permanent Basis By 24-Hour Emergency Reception Of Reports About Homeless Animals Staying In Public Places Without Human Care And Control And Catching Them Immediately After Receiving The Report, But No Later Than Within 1 Hour Of Reporting. With The Exception Of Animals Injured In Road Accidents, Which Is Regulated By A Separate Agreement, 8) Taking Over Homeless Animals Under The Care Of The Current Contractor Providing Services In This Area (Approx. 70 Pieces) By December 31, 2026. 9) Ensuring Constant Necessary Veterinary Care For The Kept Animals, Including: By: A) Conducting Quarantine, I.E. Isolation And Veterinary Observation Of The Newly Admitted Animal For A Period Of Min. 14 Days, B) Administering Pharmaceuticals To Remove Internal And External Parasites, C) Administering Pharmaceuticals In The Form Of Vaccines In Accordance With The Veterinarians Instructions For A Given Animal, D) Providing Veterinary Care To The Animal By Taking All Necessary Actions At All Times To Protect The Animal Against Threats To Its Life And Health And Applying Treatment To Restore Health And Fitness, E) Obligatory Sterilization Or Castration Of Kept Animals After The Quarantine Period And Qualification For The Procedure By A Veterinarian, F) Euthanizing Blind Litters Of Animals Delivered To The Shelter Or During Sterilization Procedures, G) Microchipping (Electronic Marking) Animals Put Up For Adoption, H) Humane Euthanasia Of Animals In Accordance With Applicable Regulations Based On The Opinion Of A Veterinarian, I) Keeping Medical Records Regarding Kept Animals, 10) Actively Searching For Owners For Homeless Animals Staying In The Contractors Shelter By Posting On The Shelters Website, Including Also On Social Networking Sites Under His Control (If He Runs Them), Announcements Regarding All Animals Under The Care Of Executor
