The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Preparation And Delivery Of Ready-To-Eat Hospital Food For The Patients Of Hristo Botev General Hospital Jsc - Vratsa, As Well As For Other Categories Of Persons If Necessary. The Contractor Should Prepare The Food In Compliance With Food Safety Requirements And In Accordance With The Menus And Diets Approved By The Contracting Authority. Food Must Be: Freshly Prepared; With Appropriate Organoleptic Characteristics; With The Required Consistency According To The Respective Diet; With The Required Caloric Value; With A Quantity Corresponding To The Requested Portion; Prepared From Quality And Safe Food Products; No Presence Of Foreign Bodies; No Signs Of Spoilage Or Improper Storage; Delivered Under Conditions Guaranteeing Its Safety And Quality. Ready-Made Food Is Delivered In Individual Packages, Suitable For The Specific Type Of Food And The Way It Is Provided To Patients. Packaging, Containers And Materials Intended For Contact With Food Must Comply With Applicable Legislation, Including: Regulation (Ec) No. 1935/2004; Regulation (Eu) No. 10/2011, Where Applicable; The Current National Requirements For Materials And Articles Intended To Come Into Contact With Food. When Performing The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Applicable Environmental Requirements, Including Ordinance No. H-1 Of July 23, 2024 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products Subject To Public Procurement, Insofar As They Are Applicable To The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Falls Under The Product Group Food, Catering Services And Vending Machines For Food And Drinks, Insofar As It Includes The Preparation And Delivery Of Food As Part Of The Service. The Requirements Of This Section Apply According To The Type Of Food Products Actually Delivered, The Materials Used And The Organization Of The Service. The Contractor Should Provide A Minimum Share Of Organic Foods In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. H-1 And Annex No. 1 To It. For Supplies In: 2026 – Not Less Than 4% Of The Total Quantity Of Food/Beverage Supplied From Each Applicable Product Group; 2027 – Not Less Than 5% Of The Total Quantity Of Food/Beverage Supplied From Each Applicable Product Group. 2028 - Not Less Than 6% Of The Total Quantity Of Food/Beverage Supplied From Each Applicable Product Group The Requirement Applies Individually To Each Applicable Product Group And Not As A General Percentage Across All Food Products. For The Purposes Of This Order, The Product Groups Are: Milk And Milk Products; Meat And Meat Products; Oils And Fats; Cereals And Cereal-Based Products; Legumes; Vegetables - Fresh, Canned, Frozen, Dried, Fermented And Vegetable Juices; Fruits - Fresh, Frozen, Dried, Canned, Nectars And Fruit Juices, Jams, Marmalades, Jellies And Compotes; Sugar, Sugar And Chocolate Products And Honey; Nuts And Oilseeds. Organic Foods Must Meet The Requirements Of R
