935708 Facility Commissioning Engineering Services Standing Arrangement . The Commissioning Consulting Services Standing Arrangement Will Be Used Across The City Of Edmonton And Managed/Coordinated By Facility Engineering To Allow For Activities Related To The Commissioning Process Of New Construction And Renovations. The Commissioning Standing Arrangement May Also Be Used For Re-Commissioning Or Retro-Commissioning Of Existing Buildings. In General, Work Under This Contract Is Intended To Provide Services For A Variety Of Small And Medium Size Call-Up Projects Whose Size, Value And Time Constraints Require The Prompt Response Of Consultant Resources.
