The Goslar Districts Own Company Kreiswirtschaftsbetriebe Goslar (Kwb) Carries Out The Tasks And Powers Of The Goslar District As A Public Waste Disposal Provider In Accordance With Section 20 Of The Circular Economy Act (Krwg) And The Lower Saxony Waste Act (Nabfg). According To Section 2 Paragraph 1 Of The Operating Statutes For The Goslar Districts Own Business “Kreiswirtschaftsbetriebe Goslar” Dated December 17, 2019, Kwb Is Responsible, Among Other Things, For The Transport And Disposal Of The Leachate Resulting From The Operation Of The Bornhausen And Morgenstern Landfills. With This Award Procedure, Kwb Will Award The Task Of Disposing Of The Leachate Generated At The Bornhausen And Morgenstern Landfills To A Third Party As Of January 1, 2027. The Task Of Transporting Landfill Leachate Is Not Part Of The Present Procurement Procedure And Remains The Sole Responsibility Of The Client/Kwb.
