There Are Only A Few Spare Parts Available For The Hydraulically Driven Disconnectors And Switches. The Secondary Technology And The Ancillary Systems Of The Uw Riet Have Been Renewed In The Meantime, But Have Already Reached The End Of Their Technical Lifespan And Need To Be Renewed. In This Area There Is Also A High Degree Of Integration With The Systems Of The Previous Operator Axpo. Axpo Has Terminated The 220/50 Kv Grid Connection “Transformer 21” On May 31, 2022 And Will Dismantle The 50 Kv Outdoor Switchgear As Much As Possible And Necessary. Despite This Termination, The Uw Riet Remains A Connection Point For The Axpo Distribution Network In The Winterthur Region.
