The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service Consisting In The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Generated In Inhabited Properties And Partially Inhabited And Partially Uninhabited Properties In The Drawsko Pomorskie Commune, Collection Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Generated In Properties With Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, Used Only For Part Of The Year In The Drawsko Pomorskie Commune, As Well As Collection And Transport Of Textile Waste From Containers Intended For Selective Collection, And Transport Of The Above-Mentioned Waste To The Reloading Station In Mielenko Drawski Operating Within The Regional Waste Management Plant In Słajsin, Hereinafter Referred To As The Station In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of National Law And Local Legal Acts. 1.2. They Should Be Marked With The Inscription Clothing And Textiles On Both Long Sides, And Should Be Free From Corrosion, Clean, And In Good Technical And Sanitary Condition. 2) Containers Must Remain Permanently Available In The Location Indicated By The Ordering Party.
