The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Maintaining The Constant Efficiency (Continuous Operation) Of Devices And Software Operating Within The Its System In Bielsko-Biała, Delivered And Launched As Part Of Stage I, Ia And Ii Of The System Construction (Completed In 2018, 2020 And 2021, Respectively), Installed In Communication Routes Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Bielsko-Biała And In The Transport Management Center And Managed By The Ordering Party. 1. The Order Covers Two Scopes: A. Maintaining The Constant Efficiency Of The Software, Server And Backup Parts Of The Its System. This Scope Includes All Activities Related To Maintaining The Efficiency Of The Its System In Terms Of The Proper Functioning Of Server Devices (Including Integrated Switches), Disk Arrays, Backup System, System Applications, Control Programs For Supervising The Operation Of The System, Area Traffic Control System And Optimization To The Extent Enabling The Ordering Party To Operate It Properly, Public Transport Components, Dynamic Passenger Information, Dynamic Information For Drivers, Parking Information, Variable Message Boards, Video Monitoring, Data Transmission Infrastructure And Other Programs And Applications Included In The System Its. B. Replacement And Repair Of Devices Together With The Necessary Equipment And Materials. Replacement/Repair Of Field Devices And Network Devices Of The Management Center Will Each Time Be Carried Out Only At The Individual Request Of The Ordering Party, Who Will Specify The Type Of Replacement/Repair Provided For In Individual Items Of Ter - Part B. 2.
