The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery In Cash Of Pension And Short-Term Benefits (Including Sickness Benefits, Maternity Benefits, Funeral Benefits, One-Off Compensations) From The Farmers Social Insurance Granted By The Organizational Units Of Krus, Along With Any Extras, To The Recipients At Their Place Of Residence In The Form Of A Money Order, Provided That The Delivery Of The Benefit To Entitled Persons Will Consist In Delivering The Benefit To The Address Indicated By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Individual Payment Transfers, Against Receipt, Hereinafter Referred To As The Transfer. 2. The Benefits Referred To In Point 1 Will Be Provided In The Form Of Epe - Electronic Pension Transfer And In The Form Of Ppe - Electronic Postal Transfer. 3. The Contractor Will Ensure That The Benefits Are Delivered To The Beneficiary Against Receipt At The Indicated Residential Address In Accordance With Individual Payment Transfers. 4. For The Purposes Of Implementing The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Collection Points For Transfers Not Delivered To The Indicated Address (Advised) Throughout The Country, However, At Least One Such Point Must Be Available To Beneficiaries In Each Commune. 5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period, Employs Persons Performing Activities Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Agreement In Terms Of Accepting And Confirming The Correctness Of Files Sent By The Ordering Party, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended), For Remuneration In An Amount Not Less Than The Minimum Remuneration For Work, Calculated On A Full-Time Basis, Determined On The Basis Of The Act Of October 10, 2002. On The Minimum Wage (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1773). 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Chapter Ii Of The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order No Earlier Than From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2028 Or Until The Maximum Value Of The Contract Is Exhausted, Depending On Which Of These Events Occurs First.
