Electricity, Heating, Solar And Nuclear Energy – Purchase And Distribution Of Electricity For Traction Purposes In 2027–2031 With Option Rights For 2032. The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale Of Electricity And The Provision Of Distribution Services For Traction Purposes By The Contractor To The Ordering Party, Which Is The Railway Carrier Koleje Małopolskie Sp. Z O.O. The Ordering Party Declares That It Is A Railway Carrier Whose Traction Vehicles Are Powered By Traction Energy From The Network Of The Distribution System Operator (Dso) And Are Not Equipped With Measurement And Settlement Systems, And Are Therefore Settled Based On Transport Performance In The Bt21 Tariff Group. Settlement For Electricity Consumed For Traction Purposes Will Be Made In Accordance With The Bt21 Tariff Group, Using The Readings Of Measurement Indicators Installed In The Ordering Partys Traction Vehicles. The Sale Of Electricity And The Provision Of Distribution Services Will Be Made To The Ordering Partys Trains Connected To The Dso Network Through The Traction Network. The List Of The Ordering Partys Vehicles Covered By The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Ipu. If The List Is Not Complete On The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A Supplement After Concluding The Agreement. Traction Vehicles May Be Equipped With Devices For Verifying The Amount Of Traction Energy Consumed (Measurement Indicators). The Use Of Consumed Traction Energy For Settlements Based On Measurement Indicators Is Possible After Their Technical Acceptance By The Dso In Accordance With The Requirements Of Iriesd. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Declaration In The Offer Form That It Has A Valid, Binding Gud-K Contract With The Distribution Network Operator (Pge Energetyka Kolejowa Operator Sp. Z O. O.) And The Ability To Provide A Comprehensive Service Based On The Bt21 Tariff Group.
