Repair And Maintenance Services - Post-Warranty Service And Technical Maintenance, Prevention, Diagnosis And Repair Of Agricultural Machinery, Machines For Carrying Out Excavation And Bulk Works And Equipment, Owned By The State Agricultural Development Fund, Smolyan, Managed By Tp Dgs - Asenovgrad, Including Delivery Of Spare Parts And Consumables, For A Period Of 24 Months. 1. Post-Warranty Service And Technical Maintenance, Prevention, Diagnostics And Repair Of Agricultural Machines: Prevention, Diagnostics, Service And Repair, As Well As Comprehensive Maintenance, If Necessary, Of Agricultural Machines Operated By Tp Dgs - Asenovgrad With Technical Parameters Indicated In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 5 To The Documentation. 1.1. In The Event That Any Of The Agricultural Machines Listed In Appendix No. 5 To The Documentation Is No Longer Managed By Tp Dgs - Asenovgrad, It Is Removed From The List Of Machines Subject To Post-Warranty Service And Maintenance, Without Any Penalties Or Compensations Being Owed By The Contracting Authority; 1.2. Provided That During The Validity Of The Concluded Contract South Central State Enterprise Dp - Town Of Smolyan Acquires New Agricultural Machines, Which Are Managed By Tp Dgs - Asenovgrad, The Contractor Must Be Ready To Undertake Post-Warranty Service And Technical Support For Them As Well; 1.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Issue A Full Written Guarantee For The Quality Of The Activities Performed By Him On The Agricultural Machinery, For A Period Not Less Than The Warranty Period Of The Inserted Spare Parts And Consumables, But Not Less Than 12 Months. In The Event Of Damage Occurring During The Warranty Period, Due To Poor Quality Of The Repair And/Or Substandard Spare Part Or Consumable, The Contractor Shall Remove The Same At His Own Expense; 1.4. Maintenance And Repair Work Will Be Carried Out As Necessary; 1.5. The Repair Activities Should Be Carried Out Within The Following Terms: - In Case Of Minor Damage - A Maximum Of 2 (Two) Working Days From Notification To The Contractor; - In The Case Of Medium Damage – Up To 3 (Three) Working Days Maximum From Notification To The Contractor; - In The Case Of Severe Damage - A Maximum Of 5 (Five) Working Days From Notification To The Contractor. 2. Delivery Of Spare Parts, Materials And Consumables: 2.1. A List Of The Most Frequently Used Spare Parts And Consumables Is Contained In The Technical Specification Appendix No. 5 To The Documentation. The Specified List Is An Example And The Contracting Authority Has No Obligation To Fully Utilize The Listed Spare Parts And Consumables By Type And Quantity, And May, If Necessary, Request Other Spare Parts And Consumables Other Than Those Specified In The List; 2.2. The Delivered Spare Parts And Consumables Must Be Compatible With The Relevant Brand Of Agricultural Machinery, New And Unused, Meet The Quality Requirements In The Republic Of Bulgaria; 2.3. Repair Works Will Be Carried Out As Necessary. Before Placing The Relevant Spare Parts, Materials And Consumables, The Contractor Shall Agree With The Contracting Authority On The Need For Them; 2.4. If It Is Necessary To Supply Spare Parts And Consumables Requested By A Representative Of The Contracting Authority, Which Are Not Available In The Warehouse, The Term For Their Delivery Is Up To 3 Working Days, Counted From The Date Of The Request For Delivery; 2.5
