Health And Safety Consultancy Services – Public Tender For A Contract For Consultancy Services For The Industry Association For Working Environment In Building And Construction (Bfa Building And Construction). The Tender Relates To A Contract For The Provision Of Consultancy Services Within The Working Environment In The Construction And Construction Sector. The Purpose Of The Consultancy Service Is To Prevent Work Environment Problems By Supporting Work Environment Efforts In Companies, On Construction Sites And In Service Work. The Consultancy Service Generally Includes The Following Main Activities: • 1:1 Guidance, Where Guidance And Sparring Is Carried Out In Companies And On Construction And Construction Sites, And In Dialogue With Representatives Of Both Employer And Employee And Any Other Relevant Actors In Companies And On Construction And Construction Sites. • 1: More Guidance, Where Guidance Is Provided To Several Companies/Actors In Connection With Events At Meetings Etc., And • Network For Construction Actors, Where Companies, Builders, Advisers And Possibly Other Actors Come Together With A View To Gaining Concrete Knowledge About Prevention, So That Activities Can Be Initiated In Own Companies And On Construction Sites. The Supplier Is Given The Overall Responsibility For Organising, Manning And Leading The Consultancy Service As Well As For Carrying Out The Activities Within The Requirements And Framework Determined By The Ordering Party. The Supplier Must Be Able To Ensure Consistency In Methods And Guidance Throughout The Contract Period. The Client Determines The Overall Methods And Approaches To Be Used When Carrying Out The Consultancy Service. The Tender Is Organized With A Fixed Financial Framework Of Dkk 6,000,000 Excl. Vat The Tenderers Compete On The Volume, Quality And Method Offered Within The Set Financial Framework, As Well As On The Experience And Capacity Made Available For The Execution Of The Contract. The Volume Offered Becomes Binding For The Winning Bidder And Constitutes The Minimum Volume That The Supplier Must Deliver Within The Financial Framework In Question. The Detailed Requirements For The Content And Implementation Of The Services Appear In Appendix 1 – Requirements Specification, While The Requirements For The Tenderers Offer And The Ordering Partys Evaluation Thereof Appear In The Respective Tender And Evaluation Appendices. The Tender Is Not Divided Into Partial Contracts. The Contract Is Offered As One Overall Agreement For The Entire Service Described. The Reason For This Is That The Task Constitutes A Comprehensive And Uniform Service, Which Is Best Handled In A Comprehensive Agreement. A Division Of The Contract Is Estimated To Result In Loss Of Economies Of Scale, Increased Contract Administration And Higher Costs For The Ordering Party. At The Same Time, It Is Estimated That The Market Can Deliver The Full Service All At Once, And That A Division Will Not Increase Competition Or Quality. This Lack Of Division Is In Accordance With Section 49, Subsection Of The Public Procurement Act. 2, As The Ordering Party Has Hereby Justified Why The Contract Is Not Divided.
