The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization Of A Conference On The Just Transformation Of Western Małopolska (Min. 60 - Max. 120 Participants), Carried Out As Part Of The Project Building A Cooperation Network And Monitoring The Just Transformation Process In The Małopolska Voivodeship. The Event Is Addressed To Stakeholders Of The Transformation Process, In Particular The Sme Sector, Universities, Local Governments, Non-Governmental Organizations And Experts From Western Małopolska. 2. The Comprehensive Organization Of A Conference Includes The Following Elements: 1) Comprehensive Preparation And Conduct Of A Stationary Conference, 2) Providing Substantive People (Moderator, Panelists, Experts), 3) Developing The Graphic Design Of The Conference, 4) Preparing And Registering Participants; 5) Preparing And Carrying Out Promotional And Information Activities Of The Conference; 6) Providing Comprehensive Catering Services During The Conference - Coffee Break And Buffet Lunch; 7) Providing Photographic Support For The Event; 8) Providing Floral Decorations In The Conference Room; 9) Preparation, Technical Support And Implementation Of Conference Streaming - Option No. 1; 10) Providing Additional Graphic Work - Option No. 2; 11) Providing Additional Substantive People (Moderator, Panelists, Experts) - Option No. 3,4,5. 3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Constitutes Annex No. 1D To The Swz, Which Will Also Be Annex No. 1 To The Public Procurement Contract. 4. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Public Procurement Contract - Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 5. The Ordering Party Informs That It Intends To Exercise The Option Right. The Conditions Are Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 1C To The Swz And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 1D To The Swz. 6. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Instructions Resulting From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. 7. The Ordering Party Specifies That The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer The Copyrights To The Performed Works To The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Contract.
