Refuse And Waste Related Services – Disposal Of Tar-Containing Road Debris. The Construction Department, Main Civil Engineering Department, Of The State Capital Of Munich Is Responsible For New Construction And Maintenance Measures For Roads In The Munich City Area. Until Around 1970, Road Pitch (Tar) Was Used As A Binding Agent In Public Transport Areas In The City Of Munich, Which Contained Substances That Were Harmful To The Environment. Furthermore, Until 2007, Tar-Containing Road Debris That Arose During Renovation Work Was, If Possible, Reinstalled In The Form Of Cold Mix Foundation Layers (Kmf) Made With Hydraulic Binders. Some Road Construction Projects Therefore Result In Tar-Containing Road Debris In The Form Of Kmf, Which Must Be Disposed Of In An Environmentally Friendly Manner. In Addition, Tar-Containing Joint Grouting Compound (Fvm), Concrete Contaminated With Pollutants And Natural Stones With Adhesion May Also Arise For Disposal. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Proper And Harmless Disposal Of Tar-Containing Road Debris, Tar-Containing Fvm And Concrete In Approved Facilities, Including Transport And The Processing And Interim Storage Necessary For The Selected Disposal Process, To Be Carried Out By The Contractor. For This Purpose, The Contractor Is Commissioned To Fulfill The Obligations Of The Waste Producer (Here: The Client) In Accordance With Section 22 Krwg. The Clients Responsibility Under Waste Law Remains Unaffected. Based On The Experience Of The Last Few Years, A Quantity Of Approx. 8,000 T Of Tar-Containing Road Demolition, Approx. 100 T Of Mixture Of Fvm And Gravel Bedding And Approx. 500 T Of Concrete From Approx. 40 Different Construction Projects Is Expected For This Framework Agreement In The Tendered Period. The Material Is Available As Granules Or Clods With A Maximum Edge Length Of 0.8 M. The Advertised Quantities Of Individual Services Are Based On The Experiences Of The Last Few Years, Estimates From Subsoil Investigations And The Current Knowledge About Planned Construction Measures. Experience Has Shown That They Are Subject To Uncertainties, So That The Actual Quantity Of A Service Called Up Can Deviate From The Advertised Quantities. -- For This Framework Agreement, A Minimum Purchase Of 75% Of The Total Amount Of The Offer Is Set. The Maximum Limit Up To Which An Individual Request Can Be Made By The Client Is 140% Of The Total Amount Of The Offer.
