Special-Purpose Motor Vehicles – Autoisoterme. The Contracting Authority Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Public Procurement Of Products Aimed At The Supply Of Autoisotherms, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications Set Out In The Specifications, Intended For Equipping The Structures Of The Romanian Border Police. The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Single Economic Operator, Based On Which Subsequent Contracts Will Be Awarded, Depending On The Needs Identified And The Budget Funds Approved For This Purpose. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded By The General Inspectorate Of The Border Police, In Its Own Name As Well As In The Name And On Behalf Of The Associated Contracting Authorities, Respectively: 1. Coast Guard; 2. Territorial Inspectorate Of The Timisoara Border Police; 3. The Territorial Inspectorate Of The Giurgiu Border Police; 4. Territorial Inspectorate Of The Oradea Border Police; 5. Territorial Inspectorate Of The Iași Border Police; 6. Territorial Inspectorate Of The Sighetu Marmatiei Border Police; 7. The Initial And Continuing Training School For The Iași Border Police Personnel; 8. Drobeta Border Police Training School - Turnu Severin; 9. Training School For Border Police Agents Avram Iancu Oradea. During The Framework Agreement, The General Inspectorate Of The Border Police And Associated Contracting Authorities Will Be Able To Conclude Subsequent Contracts, Within The Limits Of The Quantities Provided For In The Framework Agreement And Depending On The Approved Budget Funds. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 24 Months From The Date Of Its Signing By The Last Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Specifications. The Delivery Term For Each Subsequent Contract Is 180 Days From The Date Of Its Signature By The Last Party. The Estimated Quantity That Will Be The Subject Of The Framework Agreement: - Minimum 1 Cpl. And Maximum 15 Cpl. The Estimated Quantity That Will Be The Subject Of A Subsequent Contract: - Minimum 1 Cpl. And Maximum 3 Cpl. The Estimated Frequency Of Concluding A Subsequent Contract Is One Contract Every 6 Months. The Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract Will Be 777,721.17 Lei Without Vat.
