The Object Of The Procurement Is The Purchase Of One (1) Mobile Imaging Unit Containing New Computed Tomography Equipment, I.E. Mobile Ct, For Use By The Hus Diagnostic Center. The Computer Tomography Equipment Placed In The Trailer Is The So-Called Basic Ct Equipment. The Equipment Must Be Versatile For Emergency Room Examinations, The Most Common Of Which Are Head And Body Area As Well As Joint And Limb Examinations, Including Trauma Imaging. In Addition, Examinations Performed With The Equipment Include Vascular Angiography, Brain Perfusion, And Basic Coronary Imaging And Other Ecg-Synchronized Imaging. The Number Of Examinations Of The Equipment Can Vary, But The Usual Amount Of Examinations Is Estimated To Be Approx. 5000–7000 Examinations Per Year. The Acquired Equipment Must Be Suitable For The Purpose Described Above. The Ceiling Price Set For The Purchase Is 1.1 M€ (Vat 0%), Including The Basic Configuration That Meets The Absolute Requirements And The Entirety Of The Mobile Imaging Unit As A Whole. The Ceiling Price Does Not Include Mandatory Options Or Maintenance Contract Costs. If The Price Of The Offered Equipment Exceeds The Ceiling Price Mentioned Above, The Offer Will Be Rejected. As An Option, The Right Is Reserved For The Purchase Of A Maximum Of Three (3) Additional Equipment For The Hus Groups Operating Area Or For Wider National Use (Coordinated By The Hus Diagnostic Center) During The Years 2027-2030. The Prices Stated In The Offer Are Fixed Until 31 December 2027, Unless Otherwise Stated In The Request For Offers Or Its Attachments. The Supplier Does Not Have The Right To Change Prices During This Period. Prices Can Only Be Increased According To The Actual Change In Costs, For Option Devices (2028-2030) According To The Index Recorded In The Draft Contract At The Time Of Signing. Option Acquisitions Are Not Binding. Hus Makes A Decision On A Possible Option Purchase Without A Purchase Obligation According To Its Needs. The Procurement Unit Can Suspend The Procurement If The Financing Of The Project Does Not Materialize As Planned. Hus Is Considering To What Extent It Will Enter Into Maintenance Contracts For The Equipment Or Whether The Maintenance Will Be Handled As The Hospitals Own Operation. The Object Of The Procurement And The Related Requirements Are Described In Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. Alternative Offers Are Not Allowed. Parallel Offers Are Not Allowed.
