Work Detail
Mobile Plan Construction Work - New Housing Construction On Areas A, B And C, Jagdhausstraße, Wildeberstraße And Großbeerenstraße In 14480 Potsdam - Housing Project Former General Customs Directorate (Gzd) Potsdam; Service: Elevator Systems (Award Number Voek 209-26). As Part Of The Federal Governments Housing Offensive, The Federal Real Estate Agency (Bima) Is Planning To Redevelop One Of The Former General Customs Directorates In Potsdam. The Federal Property, Which Was Previously Used For Administrative Buildings, Was Completely Cleared As Part Of A Total Dismantling And Prepared For Subsequent Urban Development Use. The Aim Is To Create A Total Of Around 135 New Rental Apartments Through High-Quality New Development With A Differentiated Mix Of Apartments. These Are Given To Federal Employees At Affordable Rents As Part Of The Housing Welfare Program. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Construction Of Three Elevator Systems Divided Into 3 Multi-Family Buildings As A Separate Measure For The Advertised General Contractor (Gu). • Construction Area B - Multi-Family Building B1 • Construction Area C - Multi-Family Buildings C1a And C2 The Contractor Must Build Three Fully Operational Elevator Systems That Meet The Requirements Of Din En 81-20 And Din En 81-50. In Terms Of Energy Efficiency, The Elevator Systems Must Comply With At Least Energy Efficiency Class A According To Iso 25745. The Elevator Shafts Constructed Meet The Requirements Of Din 4102 And Are Designed For The Loads That Occur. All Installation Parts Required For Assembly Must Be Inserted Into The Inner Shaft Walls. The Contractor (An) Is Responsible For Ensuring That The Fastening Components Are Delivered To The Bodywork Builder In A Timely Manner So That He Can Install Them. Non-Elevator Equipment In The Elevator Shaft Is Not Permitted. The Elevators Correspond To Type 02 According To Din En 81-70 And Are Suitable, Among Other Things, For A User With A Class A Or B Wheelchair With An Accompanying Person. Due To The Local Conditions, The Construction Project Requires Three Elevator Systems With An Underpass (Shaft Pit) Reduced To 360 Mm. This Exceptionally Low Underpass Arises From The Structural Constraints Of The Building And Does Not Allow Execution With Conventional Elevator Technology. The Elevator Underpass Is Located In The Area Of Pressing Groundwater. A Further Deepening Of The Elevator Shaft Pit Would Require Considerable Additional Measures To Seal The Structure In Accordance With The Recognized Rules Of Technology And Would Be Associated With Significantly Increased Technical, Economic And Structural Effort. In Addition, There Would Be Increased Risks With Regard To The Permanent Tightness Of The Structure. For This Reason, An Elevator Solution Is Required That Manages With A Reduced Underpass Without Requiring Structural Changes To The Foundation Or The Building Sealing. After A Thorough Examination Of The Elevator Systems Available On The Market, It Was Determined That A Standard Available And Approved Elevator Solution That Meets The Required Combination Of Reduced Underrun Of 360 Mm, Reduced Shaft Head Of 2610 Mm And An Elevator Speed Of 1.0 M/S Under Einha
