The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize And Conduct The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated On Residential Properties In Accordance With Generally Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard, Local Law And The Provisions Of This Opz. The Service Covers Approximately 4,330 Farm And Single-Family Households, Inhabited By Approximately 11,000 Inhabitants, And Approximately 22,700 Multi-Unit Buildings, Inhabited By Approximately 23,000 Inhabitants. The Number Of Properties Served In Terms Of Municipal Waste Collection May Be Increased Or Decreased By A Maximum Of 10%. Such A Change Will Not Constitute The Basis For Changing The Contract Or The Contractors Remuneration. 2. From Monday To Friday, From 6:00 A.M. To 10:00 P.M., The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect The Following Types Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners - Directly From The Property: 1) Mixed Municipal Waste; 2) Separately Collected Municipal Waste (I.E. Paper And Cardboard, Metals, Glass, Plastics, Ash, Multi-Material Packaging), Bio-Waste, Including Christmas Trees Collected After The Holidays; 3) Bulky Waste; With Frequency: 1) Single-Family Buildings: A. Mixed Municipal Waste - Every Two Weeks; B. Separately Collected Municipal Waste: • From April To October - Every Two Weeks, • From November To March - Every Four Weeks; • Ash From October To May – Once A Month; C. Furniture And Other Large-Sized Waste - Once A Quarter In Accordance With The Schedule Agreed With The Waste Collection Entrepreneur. The Residents Intention To Have Waste Collected From Outside The Property Or Gazebo Should Be Reported By Phone At Least One Day Before The Scheduled Collection; 2) Multi-Family Buildings: A. Mixed Municipal Waste - Three Times A Week; B. Separately Collected Municipal Waste: A) From April To October - Three Times A Week, B) From November To March - Twice A Week, C) Ash From October To May - Once A Month; C. Furniture And Other Bulky Waste – Once A Month.
