Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Offer Of Strategic Framework Agreement On Technical Consultancy. Esebolig And The External Users Listed In Appendix E.1 (Ordering Party) Hereby Offer A Non-Exclusive Strategic Framework Agreement On Technical Advice. The Framework Agreement Is Entered Into With A Maximum Of Four Advisers And Will Run For A Period Of 48 Months. The Background For The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is That The Ordering Party Expects To Have To Carry Out Comprehensive Plans And Other Major Construction Works During This Period. On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, The Ordering Party Expects To Hold Mini-Tenders For Specific Advisory Tasks With A View To Awarding The Specific Advisory Task To The Consultant Who Wins The Mini-Tender. The Scope Of Services Of The Specific Consultancy Task Will Be Based On The Services That Appear In The Delimitation Form For The Performance Description For Construction And Landscape 2018 (Ybl 18), Which Is Attached To The Tender Material As Appendix E.3, Or A More Defined Part Thereof. The Terms Of The Agreement For The Specific Advisory Agreement Will Be The Draft Advisory Agreement Attached As Appendix E.2. The Framework Agreement Is Non-Exclusive, And The Ordering Party Is Therefore Not Obliged To Solely Purchase The Included Advisory Services From The Advisor(S) Associated With The Framework Agreement.
