The Objective Is To Purify The Air At Passenger Parking Areas, I.E. Station Platforms. In This Context, It Is Planned To Use A Global Public Performance Contract For The Execution Of Associated Services Within The Meaning Of Articles L2171-3, R2171-2 And R2172-3 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Market Typology Is Justified By The Need To Guarantee, Over Time, The Achievement Of Measurable Objectives For Reducing The Concentration Of Fine Particles In Metro Stations. The Expected Performances Depend On The Quality Of The Equipment Offered, Their Installation, Their Adjustment, Their Operation And Their Maintenance. The Sole Responsibility Of The Holder Thus Makes It Possible To Guarantee The Achievement Of The Performance Objectives Set Contractually. The Main Characteristics Of The Need Are The Supply Of Equipment, Implementation Studies (Networks And Erp Modification), Installation, Commissioning, Operation And Maintenance Of Air Purification Systems In The Platforms Of The Metro Stations Of Lines A And D Of Bellecour As Well As Those Of The Grange Blanche Station. The Operation And Maintenance Of The Equipment Is Planned For A Maximum Period Of 5 Years (Including 3 Years Closed). The Holders Remuneration For The Operation And Maintenance Of The Equipment Will Take Into Account The Performance Objectives In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article R2171-3 Of The Public Procurement Code.
