The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Łazy Commune During The Winter Season In The Period: From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To March 31, 2027. Winter Road Maintenance Will Consist In Particular In Clearing Snow And Combating Winter Slipperiness And Black Ice, Preventing Its Formation By Using A Stiffening Material (Sand) Or A Defrosting Material (Sand-Salt Mixture) In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 3. Scope Of Works Including Winter Maintenance Of Roads In The Łazy Commune: 1) Comprehensive Winter Maintenance Of Roads (Including Intersections, Driveways, Curve Elevations), Bus Stops, Passing Places, Sidewalks And Municipal Squares With Various Surfaces, Including: Asphalt, Crushed Stone, Soil, And Paving Stones Located In A Given Zone. 2) Snow Removal And Sprinkling Of Sidewalks, Municipal Squares And Parking Lots Takes Place At The Express Request Of The Ordering Party. 3) Particularly Dangerous Places, I.E. Driveways, Hills, Curves, Bends, Intersections, Must Be Cleared Of Snow And Sprinkled With Roughening Or Defrosting Material In Their Entirety And With A Margin Of Approx. 20 M Before And After The Above-Mentioned. Road Elements, Along Their Entire Width. 4) Slush And Slush Formed After A Temporary Increase In Temperature Should Be Removed On An Ongoing Basis To Prevent It From Freezing On The Road. 5) Readiness Of Equipment And Employees To Provide The Service By The Contractor In The Winter Season. 6) The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is Ensured By The Contractor Using Its Own Equipment Or Equipment At The Contractors Disposal And Technically Efficient Equipment. Detailed Scope Of The Service With A List Of Winter Maintenance Roads, Divided Into Zones (Tasks) Is Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz Service Specification. This Annex Constitutes An Integral Part Of These Terms Of Reference.
