B) Due To The Performance Of Some Of The Works In The Basements Of Residential Buildings, The Bidder Should Take Into Account Cooperation And Coordination Of Works With Individual Building Managers And Tenants Of Individual Basements Through Which The Works Will Be Carried Out Installation.• Note: The Order Is Co-Financed From The Regional Program European Funds For Podkarpacie For 2021-2027.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Technical Documentation (Annex No. 6 To The Swz), Which Consists Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bills Of Quantities (Annex No. 7 To The Swz). Bills Of Quantities Are Of Auxiliary Nature And Are Used To Illustrate The Scale Of Construction Works, They Are Intended To Help Contractors Estimate The Costs Of The Order. 3. The Costs Of Delivery And Installation Of All Devices And Installations Must Include All Costs Related To The Implementation, Including The Preparation Of Detailed Designs In Consultation With The Investor, If Such Will Be Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Entire Task And Obtaining Certificates, Approval For Use As Well As The Costs Of Start-Up, Instructions, Training And Warranty.4.The Materials Incorporated And Delivered By The Contractor Should Have Approvals, Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity.
