The Task Includes: 1) Expansion Of The Building In The Basement With Sanitary Rooms, Located In The Rear Part, At The Eastern Wall Of The Building. The Roof Of The Planned Extension Constitutes A Technical Ramp On The Ground Floor For The Cinemas Facilities,2) Reconstruction Of The Building To Improve The Thermal Insulation Of The External Partitions Along With The Implementation Of Waterproofing Protection For The Building,3) Development Of The Surroundings Of The Building,4) Reconstruction Of The Functional Layout Of The Basement, Ground Floor And First Floor,5) Reconstruction Of The Internal Staircases,6) Construction Of An Internal Passenger Elevator Providing Access To All Floors, Adapting The Facility To The Needs Of People Disabled People, Including The Construction Of An External Ramp For Disabled People,7) Renovation Of The Cinema Hall,8) Renovation Of The Roof,9) Connections To The Rainwater Drainage System,10) Construction Of A Sound System,11) Construction Of Stage Lighting,12) Replacement Of Windows And Doors To The Required Extent,13) Renovation Of Cinema Seats.2.
