Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Task Will Be Carried Out On Plot Number 129/26 In The Registration Area 0002 Sulechów.The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Planned With The Use Of Funds From Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego Under The Termo - Mzg Premium Program.2) The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By The Construction Project For Which The Ordering Party Has A Building Permit. Issued By The Starosta Of Zielona Góra, Technical Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Prepared By Lct Projekt Przemysław Błoch, Based In Zielona Góra At Ul. Przylep-Strażacka 3, 66-015 Zielona Góra, And Bills Of Quantities, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Terms Of Reference. 3) The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works Using New Materials And Own Equipment, Which He Will Purchase And Deliver To The Construction Site At His Own Expense And Risk. The Cost Of Purchase And Delivery Of All Materials And Equipment Used To Implement The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Contractors Remuneration. The Materials And Devices Used During The Execution Of The Works Must Be Approved For Use In Construction, In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Regulations.
