The Building In Which The Implementation Is Carried Out The Investment Will Have Administrative And Cultural Functions. It Consists Of Two Above-Ground Floors And One Underground. The Building Is Located On Plot 1685 In Markowa.4.As Part Of Adapting The Rooms To The Applicable Technical Conditions And Renovating The Rooms, It Will Be Necessary, Among Others, To: Construction Works To Be Performed, Such As: 1) Demolition And Reconstruction Of Internal Walls 2) Demolition And Construction Of New Floors 3) Demolition And Installation Of New Plasters And Cladding 4) Construction Of New Suspended Ceilings 5) Disassembly Of The Old And Installation Of New Windows And Doors 6) Reconstruction Of The Electrical Installation (Lighting, Plug Sockets, Evacuation And Emergency Lighting), Central Heating, Water And Sewage And Ventilation 7) White Assembly 8) Finishing Works (Painting Rooms, Making Floors)9) Delivery And Installation Of Cloakroom Equipment5.The Markowa Commune Has Design Documentation And A Valid Building Permit Attached To This Order Description. 6. A Site Visit To The Facility Is Recommended. 7. The Ordering Party Will Execute The Order On A Lump Sum Basis.8.The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Necessary Construction Works That Will Enable The Proper Functioning Of The Facility In Accordance With Applicable Law. 9.
