Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of Pszok In The Town Of Dąbrówka-Ług In The Skórzec Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Reconstruction Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, Where Municipal Waste Provided By The Communes Residents Will Be Collected And Stored, And Accompanying Activities Will Be Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Task Reconstruction Of Pszok In The Town Of Dąbrówka-Ług In The Skórzec Commune. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Design (Prepare Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bills Of Quantities), Obtain All Necessary Consents And Permits, Build And Deliver The Pszok Management System In Accordance With The Pfu, Taking Into Account The Planned Purpose And Function Of The Project, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Generally Applicable Law (Including Local Law), Standards And Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Technical Conditions, Consents And Decisions, As Well As To Equip The Point With All Necessary Horizontal And Vertical Markings And Construction Facilities, As Well As The Pszok Management System.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Agreement And Its Scope, Including The Scope Of Design Work And Works, Are Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Also Referred To As: Ffu) Together With The Annexes And The Draft Agreement - Appendix No. 2 To The Swz, And In The Scope Of The Works Performed, The Developed Design Documentation.
