1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Provision Of Laundry Services. The Term Comprehensive Provision Of Laundry Services Should Be Understood As: A) Collecting Dirty Laundry From The Ordering Partys Premises In Accordance With The Demand, Delivering Clean Laundry, B) Accepting And Recording Hospital Linen Ordered For Washing, C) Washing, Stain Removal, Drying, Ironing, D) In The Case Of Damaged Bed Linen, Liquidation Of Damage E) Thermal And Chemical Disinfection, F) Folding, Sorting, Packing Into Plastic Bags With A Description Of Their Contents, The Term Bed And Hospital Linen Should Be Understood As: A) Tablecloths, Towels, Cloths, Pajamas B) Patients Underwear C) Protective Clothing Of Medical Staff D) Hospital Underwear: E) Duvet Covers, Pillowcases F) Sheets, Pads Other Hospital Assortment: 1) Blankets 2) Quilts,3) Pillows 4) Mattresses And Covers,2.The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Dirty Laundry And Deliver Clean Laundry Every Day, Except Sundays And Holidays, Using Its Own Transport (At Its Own Expense) From The Ordering Partys Headquarters To The Ordering Partys Headquarters At Ul. Kościuszki 33. 3. In Exceptional Situations, The Ordering Party May Order Laundry Services On Public Holidays After Notifying The Contractor 7 Days In Advance.4.Dirty Linen Will Be Collected At The Collection Point Designated By The Ordering Party Between 7°° And 10°° In The Presence Of Representatives Of The Parties To The Contract.5.The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Keep Records Of The Dirty Linen Received For Washing According To The Quantitative And Qualitative Assortment. The Delivery Of Clean Hospital And Bed Linen Will Take Place Within 24 Hours From The Moment Of Collecting The Dirty Linen From The Ordering Party, The Delivery Of The Remaining Assortment Will Take Place Within 48 Hours From The Moment Of Collecting The Dirty Linen From The Ordering Party. 6. Delivery Of Clean And Dry Linen Will Be Based On The Quantitative And Qualitative Receipt. 7. The Contractor Will Provide Appropriate Registration Forms For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.8.The Contractor Will Provide The Results Of Microbiological Tests (Excluding The Presence Of Fungi And Bacteria) Performed At The Sanitary And Epidemiological Station Or An Accredited Laboratory, Confirming The Microbiological Purity Of The Bedding, Distinguishing The Tested Assortment, E.G. Testing Of A Gown, Hospital Duvet Cover, Bed Sheet - One Test For Each Of The Assortments From The Last 3 Months.9.The Contractor Will Provide Documents Confirming The Admission Of Disinfectants Intended For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order To Marketing In Our Country Or The European Union, I.E. Entry In The Register Of Medical Devices And Biocidal Products Or Another Identical Document And The Ce Declaration.10.The Contractor Will Provide Documents Confirming The Effectiveness Of Disinfectants In Terms Of B,V,F,Tbc, Disputes, Among Others: Clostridium Difficile).11.The Contractor Will Provi
