Tenders Are Invited For Successive Supplies Of Technical, Clean And Medical Gases For The Needs Of Organizational Units Of The Medical University Of Warsaw, Case Reference: Aez/S-151/2026

1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Successive (In Batches) Delivery Of Technical, Clean And Medical Gases In Cylinders For The Ordering Partys Replacement, Gas Reducers And Services To Maintain The Proper Technical Condition Of The Cylinders, Specified In The Offer And Transport Form, Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Type And Number Of Gases And Additional Services, Is Specified In The Product And Price Form, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To Swz.3.The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order, Specified In The Assortment And Price Form (Appendix No. 2), Within The Limits Of The Remuneration Referred To In § 4 Section 1 Of The Draft Agreement, As Well As The Right Not To Use The Subject Of The Agreement In Terms Of Quantity And Value, But Not Exceeding 30% Of The Value Of The Remuneration Specified In The Agreement. In Such A Case, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Due To The Ordering Partys Failure To Use The Subject Of The Order To The Full Extent In Terms Of Quantity Or Value.4.The Contractors Obligations Will Include Successive (In Batches Depending On Needs) Deliveries Of Gases Constituting The Subject Of The Order To The Organizational Units Of The Medical University Of Warsaw Or Other Places Indicated Each Time In The Order Based On The Order Submitted Via E-Mail, With An Expected Frequency Of Up To 3 Times A Week (Courses) In The Amount Of 1 - 15 Cylinders. 5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Gases Constituting The Subject Of The Order Have All The Legally Required Approvals And Certificates Allowing For Trading In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, Including A Quality Control Certificate Confirming The Quality Parameters Of The Supplied Gas, Which The Contractor Undertakes To Provide To The Recipient With Each Gas Delivery, And A Hazardous Substance Safety Data Sheet, Prepared In Accordance With Eu Requirements, In Polish.
