The Subject Of The Order Is: Performance Of The Task Entitled: Delivery Of A Tractor With Accessories In The Form Of Operational Leasing With A Purchase Option For Zakład Wodociągów I Kanyzacji Sp. Z O. O. In Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki2.Terms Of Contract Leasing: 1) Currency: Pln; 2) Leasing Period: 60 Months (5 Years); 3) Installments: 59 Leasing Installments; 4) Initial Fee - 5% Of The Net Value Of The Subject Of The Order + Vat 5) Purchase Option - 1% Of The Net Value Of The Subject Of The Order + Vat 6) After The End Of The Leasing Contract With The Payment Of The Last Leasing Installment, Provided That All Receivables Are Repaid, The Ordering Party Will Have The Right To Purchase The Leased Subject For A Price Equal To Its Final Value, Not Higher Than 1% Of The Net Price Of The Subject Of The Order On The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, 7) It Is Not Allowed To Establish Security For The Leasing Contract (E.G. Bill Of Exchange); 8) The Leasing Installment Should Include All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Leasing Contract, All Accompanying Costs Necessary To Be Incurred By The Contractor In Connection With The Execution Of The Order, Transport Costs To The Destination, Employee Training, Etc. 9) The Ordering Party Will Insure The Subject Of The Order On Its Own, I.E. Third Party Liability Insurance/Ac/Nw 10) Leasing Installments Will Be Paid Monthly, Starting From The Month Following The Receipt Of The Vehicle.
