Tenders Are Invited For Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Gilowice Commune In The 2026/2027 Season

Part I - Gilowice Commune - In Accordance With The Schedule Constituting Annex No. 6A To The Siwz, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With Services Related To Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Gilowice Commune In The 2026/2027 Season; Consisting In Particular Of: A) Clearing Snow From Roads With Plows And Simultaneously Combating Slipperiness In The Rychwałd And Gilowice Villages - Divided Into 3 Maintenance Sequences - According To Schedules Constituting Appendices To The Siwzb) Combating Winter Slipperiness Of Roads On An Ongoing Basis, As Needed, Using Roughening Materials C) Clearing Snow From Roads With Motor Graders, Bulldozers Or Loaders (If Necessary) D) Removing Dumps Snow Using A Loader) Removal Of Accumulated Snow Together With Loading (Only At The Express Written Request Of The Ordering Party). The List Of Roads And Their Lengths Are Estimates And Are Used Only To Calculate The Price And Compare Offers. The Given Lengths May Differ From The Actual Situation. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Individually Order The Need To Clear Snow Or Combat Slipperiness On Roads That Are Not On The List. The Expected Number Of Hours For The Service Is 400 Hours. For Each Part. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Performed Using At Least Two Tractors With Two-Axle Drive With A Minimum Power Of 90 Hp For Parts I And Ii. During Difficult Weather Conditions, The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has At Its Disposal A Minimum Of Two Tractors With Two-Axle Drive With A Minimum Power Of 120 Hp For Parts I And Ii In Order To Maintain The Passability Of All Roads. Wherever The Terrain And Weather Conditions Require It, The Contractor Will Equip The Equipment Used To Perform The Service With Wheel Chains. The Ordering Party Requires That Sidewalks And Squares With Paving Slabs Or Paving Stones Be Cleared Of Snow Using Light Equipment Or Manually With Shovels. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have At Least Two Sand And Salt Spreaders Intended For Sowing Loose Sand Or Other Roughening Material On Streets, Sidewalks, Etc. The Ordering Party Requires That The Vehicles Used To Perform The Service Have A Power Socket (12V/14V) To Enable The Installation Of Gps Devices Or Video Recorders. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Equip Tractors Used For Snow Removal With Devices Enabling Tracking Of The Vehicles Route While Clearing Snow Or Combating Slipperiness. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Login And Password For The Application Operating The System. The Ordering Party Requires That Part Iii Of The Order Be Performed Using A Tractor Or A Car With A Two-Axle Drive And Having An Engine With A Power Of At Least 120 Hp In The Case Of An Agricultural Tractor And Not Less Than 150 Hp In The Case Of A Car. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has A Place To Store The Roughening Material That Does Not Cause Any Environmental Nuisance. The Rougheni
