The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor For The Trawniki Commune Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026, For The Task Called Purchases As Part Of Logistical Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies, In The Area: Area 2. Logistical Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies.2.The Tractor Must Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025, Meet The Approval Requirements And Be Delivered With A Set Of Documents Enabling Its Registration In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. The Tractor Must Meet The Requirements Resulting From Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular Regarding Safety And Exhaust Emissions, And Have The Parameters And Equipment Described In Annex No. 4 To The Swz Titled Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Will Ensure Delivery Of The Tractor With All Required Equipment To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Using Its Own Efforts, At Its Own Expense And Risk.
