The Contractor Is Obliged To Regularly Carry Out Periodic Inspections Of Public Rooms, Surroundings And Other Elements Of Buildings, Immediately Determine Threat Levels And Secure Buildings, Surroundings And Areas Managed By The Administration.3.Activities Included In The Scope Of Maintenance Services Concern Sanitary Installations, Including: 1) Buildings 100% Owned By The City: Cold, Hot And Circulation Installations In Their Entirety, Complete Sewage Installation, Excluding Approaches To Sanitary Facilities In The Premises, Central Heating Installation, Complete Hydrophore Installation. 2) Communal Premises In The Building. Under Foreign Administration - Heating And Hot Water Installations From The Cut-Off Valve At The Riser To The Draw-Off Points, 3) Areas Of The Capital City Of Warsaw Administered By Zgn - Rainwater Drainage Installations With Yard And Street Inlets.
