Any Waiting Times Caused By The Contractor Due To A Failure To Coordinate The Collection Date Are At The Contractors Expense. The Contractor Ensures That An Expert Contact Person With Sufficient Knowledge Of German Is Always Available By Telephone To Coordinate The Contractual Services, Monday To Friday From 8:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M. The Takeover Should Take Place As Required At The Times Agreed In Advance (Usually Twice A Day, In The Morning/Morning And In The Early Afternoon). The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For The Proper And Legally Compliant Implementation Of The Service Required Of Him. The Location Of The Recycling Plants/Paper Factories Is Not Specified. The Actual Recycling Does Not Necessarily Have To Take Place At The Place Where The Contractor Takes Over The Ppk Waste. The Contractor Documents The Services He Provides To Fulfill The Order And The Weighing Of The Loose Ppk Waste When Accepting The Ppk Waste With Appropriate Weighing Slips, Which He Presents To The Client For Invoicing The Services. Each Individual Takeover By The Contractor Or Delivery By The Client Or Each Subsequent Recycling Is Documented By The Contractor Via A Weighing Slip, Which Must Contain At Least The Following Information: - Name Of The Transferee, - Day Of Takeover, - Time Of Takeover, - Type Of Waste Or Waste Code Number, - Transport Vehicle (License Plate).
