The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation And The Performance Of Construction Works Based On It In The Building Of The Education Board In Białystok At Rynek Kościuszki 9, In The Design And Build Formula. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of An Inventory And Development Of A Concept, Complete Multi-Discipline Design Documentation And Other Studies Required In The Pfu; 2) Performance Of Formal And Legal Activities Necessary To Complete The Order, Including Obtaining The Required Technical Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements And Decision And Making An Effective Notification Of Construction Works Or Obtaining A Building Permit - In Accordance With The Solutions Adopted In The Design Documentation; 3) Carrying Out Construction Works, Based On The Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party, Including: A) Construction Of An Emergency Exit On The Rear Wall Of The Building With A Landing And An Internal Ramp, Construction Of An Access Road And Adaptation Of The Parking Lot Surface; B) Reconstruction Of The Stairs With The Installation Of A Stair Platform; C) Reconstruction Of The Sanitary Facility In Order To Adapt It To The Needs Of People With Special Needs, Together With The Necessary General Construction, Finishing And Installation Works; 4) Providing Authors Supervision During The Execution Of Construction Works; 5) Carrying Out The Required Tests, Examinations, Measurements And Commissioning, Tidying Up The Area And Providing The Ordering Party With The Required As-Built Documentation.
