A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: • Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz) - Annex No. 12 • Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 10 To The Swz. • Construction Design – Annex No. 11. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. 3. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Facility, And Therefore The Contractor Will Ensure That The Works Are Performed In Such A Way That It Is Possible To Admit Patients In Part Of The Facility. When Pricing Construction Works And Supplies, The Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Complete Documentation, Which Functions As A Whole.
