Z O. O. In Two Locations At Ul. Chopina 29 And Szpitalna 7 In Białogard. Locations Of The Ordering Party: • Regional Medical Center In Białogard Sp. Z O. O. Street Chopina 29, 78-200 Białogard - Headquarters Of The Ordering Party• Regionalne Centrum Medyczne W Białogard Sp. Z O. O., Care And Treatment Plant Ul. Szpitalna 7, 78-200 Białogardthe Subject Of The Order Will Include Three Types Of Transport Services, Performed 24/7:1) Sanitary Transport Of A Patient With A Kpp Rescuer (Team: Driver + Rescuer After Completing The Kpp Course) In An A Type Ambulance:• Transport Of The Patient For Tests And Specialist Consultations.• Transport Of The Patient From The Hospital To His Place Of Residence, Including Lifting And Carrying. Transport Of The Patient To Other Places Indicated By The Ordering Party Throughout Poland, In The Position Lying Or Sitting In Accordance With Medical Recommendations And The Patients Health Capabilities. Medical Transport Of The Patient With A Paramedic (Team: Paramedic Driver/Paramedic After Completing The Kpp Course + Paramedic/System Nurse) In A Type B Ambulance:• Transport Of The Ordering Partys Patients To Other Medical Entities.• Transport Of The Patient For Tests And Specialist Consultations.• Transport Of The Patient To Other Indicated Places By The Ordering Party Throughout Poland, In A Lying/Sitting Position. In Accordance With Medical Indications And The Patients Health Capabilities. • Transport Of The Patient With The Ordering Partys Doctor.
