The Order Is Implemented As Part Of One Procedure And Is Divided Into Three Parts. Parts No. 1 And No. 2 Are Implemented In The Design And Build Formula, While Part No. 3 Is Implemented On The Basis Of Design Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party: 1) Part No. 1 - Modernization Of Water And Sewage Installations, Central Heating And Hot Water And Circulation Networks In The Area Of ​​The Specialist Municipal Hospital. Nicolaus Copernicus University In Toruń - In The Design And Build Formula;2) Part No. 2 - Modernization And Expansion Of The Medical Gas System In The Specialist Municipal Hospital. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Scope Of Work, Separately For Each Part Of The Order: 1) Part No. 1 - Modernization Of Sanitary Installations, Implemented In The Design And Build Formula, Including In Particular: A) Carrying Out The Necessary Inventory Of The Existing Condition And Developing The Concept Of Design Solutions To The Extent Required By The Functional And Utility Program, B) Developing Complete Design Documentation For The Scope Covered By Part No. 1, Along With The Required Calculations, Arrangements And Other Studies Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Works, C) Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation, D) Modernization Of The Cold Water, Hot Water And Circulation Installations, E) Modernization Of The Sanitary Sewage System, F) Replacement And Construction Of The External Hot Water And Circulation Network, G) Performance Of The Necessary Dismantling, Construction And Reconstruction Works, Insulation Of The Installation And Auxiliary And Accompanying Works, H) Performance Of The Required Tests, Examinations, Rinsing, Adjustments, Commissioning And Acceptance, I) Preparation And Submission Of Documentation As-Built.
