As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Revise The Radiological Protection Design Possessed By The Ordering Party For The Laboratory In Question, Taking Into Account The Sources Of Ionizing Radiation Intended To Be Used In This Laboratory. 2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Delivered To The New Oncological Hospital In Wrocław, Ul. Hipokratesa 2, Żerniki District, To Room No. 00-Mn-54 And The Technical Room No. 00-Mn-50 And The Control Room No. 00-Mn-62, Hereinafter Referred To As The Workroom And Marked On The Plan Constituting Appendix No. 13 To The Swz. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes Installation, Commissioning, Acceptance Tests, And Instructions On How To Use The Device. 4. The Equipment And Functionalities, The Required Warranty Period And The Scope Of Training Instructions Are Described In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Agreement - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz). 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Technical Specification - Annex No. 1, Assortment And Price Sheet - Annex No. 3 And In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Draft Contract. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Activities To Ensure A Safe Transport Route.
